Business Partnership Policy
Business Partnership Policy
Effective Date: July 2026
At Minlille, we believe that successful business relationships are built on professionalism, transparency, accountability, and mutual trust.
To protect our customers, our brand, our business operations, and our digital infrastructure, every proposal submitted by agencies, freelancers, consultants, suppliers, software providers, technology partners, or other third parties may be subject to an internal verification process before any collaboration begins.

- Professional LinkedIn profile
- Portfolio or previous work
- Verifiable client references
- Description of the proposed service
- Commercial proposal
- Pricing or commission structure
- Written agreement defining responsibilities
Providing this information does not guarantee acceptance of a proposal.
Performance Claims
Minlille does not make business decisions based solely on guaranteed sales, revenue, traffic, ROI, ROAS, or advertising performance claims.
Any performance claim must be supported by verifiable evidence, documented case studies, realistic assumptions, and a clear explanation of the strategy, costs, risks, and tracking methods involved.
Access to Company Assets
Minlille does not grant administrative access to company systems before the verification process has been completed.
This includes:
- Shopify Administration

- Business email accounts
- Domains and DNS settings
- Customer databases
- Supplier information
- Social media accounts
- Internal documentation
Any access granted will follow the principle of least privilege, meaning only the minimum permissions required to perform the agreed service will be provided.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Certain collaborations may require a written confidentiality agreement or service contract before access to sensitive information is granted.
All customer data, business information, advertising assets, product information, documentation, creative materials, analytics, and intellectual property remain the property of Minlille unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fraud Prevention
Minlille maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, identity misrepresentation, phishing attempts, unauthorized access requests, and deceptive business practices.
Suspicious activities may be documented and, when appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities or service providers.
